These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and he777 ("he777", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing he777.asia, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of he777 and close your account.

Verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). he777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance, anti-money-laundering, or fraud-prevention purposes. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. he777 will process withdrawal requests in a timely manner, but processing times may vary by payment method and are subject to third-party payment provider processing times outside he777's control. he777 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers.

he777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. Network, transaction, or currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers are solely your responsibility.

All bets placed through he777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are available within the respective game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless stated otherwise within the relevant product rules.

he777 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event, match, or game outcome was known;
• The bet was placed on a market that was offered in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed inaccuracy;
• The odds or game parameters displayed were materially incorrect at the time of bet placement;
• There is evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or match-manipulative activity in relation to the underlying event;
• The Player's account was in a suspended, restricted, or ineligible state at the time of bet placement.

he777's decisions on all bet-related disputes are final and binding. Players may contact support to raise a formal dispute, which will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

he777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

Players are permitted to participate in one active promotion at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. he777 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. 8. Allowing a minor or any ineligible person to access or use your he777 account;
9. Using stolen, disputed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

All content on he777.asia — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and data — is the intellectual property of he777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of he777.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, WM Live, and others — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to he777 for Player use within the Platform only. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, he777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: use of or inability to access the Platform; technical failures, downtime, or data loss; actions taken based on information provided on the Platform; or the conduct of third-party payment processors or game providers.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Platform's applicable licensing framework.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall not be subject to class action proceedings. Each Player agrees to pursue any claim against he777 on an individual basis only.
